The ArtistsDirectory prohibits the use of its services, in any manner directly or indirectly, for any unsolicited commercial email ("SPAM") or any unsolicited bulk mailing.

The ArtistsDirectory does not authorize the harvesting of e-mail addresses or other information from or through its services. No one may use these services to send SPAM, deliver SPAM, or cause SPAM to be delivered to any ArtistsDirectory participant (Artist).

Unauthorized use of these services in connection with SPAM or unsolicited bulk mailing may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and affiliates.
